Intro Like a Pro
Start Where You Are. Grow With Confidence.
Intro is a ramp-up program designed for individuals who are new to exercise or returning after time away. We begin with just one workout per week, gradually increasing to three by the end of the program. This intentional build allows your body to adapt while building trust in the process. It’s about showing up gently, but powerfully.
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Exercise Mat, and a Body Ready to Begin.
Strength Foundations
Build Strength. Build Habits. Build Momentum.
Strength Foundations is ideal for beginners and intermediates who are ready to commit to training three days a week. It follows a continuous progression, with planned recovery built in to support sustainability. Strength Foundations is where consistency meets results—and your strength becomes your standard.
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Exercise Mat, and a Body Ready to Grow.
Barbell Foundations
Elevate Your Training. Own the Barbell.
Barbell Foundations is for those with some lifting experience who are ready to step into barbell training. Like Strength Foundations, it follows a progressive cycle with recovery built in. You'll refine your technique, increase your strength, and become comfortable under the bar. Perfect for those lifting 15–45 lbs and ready to move with intention.
Equipment Needed: Barbell, Plates, Dumbbells, Squat Rack (or access to one), Exercise Mat, and a Body Ready to Progress.
Heavy
Train Hard. Lift Heavy. Own Your Strength.
Heavy is our most advanced program, designed for individuals who have completed Barbell Foundations or come in with experience. Focused on high-load training with barbells, plates, racks, and dumbbells, this track is for those ready to push limits and move with intention. Each cycle is progressive, challenging, and backed by structured recovery.
Equipment Needed: Barbell, Plates, Squat Rack, Dumbbells, Exercise Mat, and a Body Ready to Lead.
