Hi, I'm Louise.

In 2007, I founded a fitness company exclusively for women in larger bodies, built on the belief that movement should be accessible, affirming, and equitable for everyone. Long before size inclusivity became part of the cultural conversation, my work focused on delivering fitness experiences that created measurable health impact while challenging the exclusion deeply rooted in fitness culture.

Since then, I have worked with women across 16 countries, authored two published books on size inclusion and fitness culture, and developed educational curriculum for fitness professionals because I believe this work extends far beyond individual adherence. This is systemic work. Cultural work. Justice work.
My mission has remained laser focused from day one: to help reshape fitness into a space where more people can safely and sustainably participate without shame, fear, or marginalization.

Physical fitness has the power to change lives. But access to movement is not currently equal. Too many people have been blamed for “not showing up” in systems that were never designed to support them in the first place.
I believe that if more people felt safe in fitness spaces, trusted the way movement was being prescribed, and felt genuinely represented within fitness culture, the impact on global health would be extraordinary.

That is the future I am working toward.
Let’s get to work.
